Credit

The Credit form allows a merchant to put money back on a card. You will need the card information and the date and order number from the original debiting transaction. Go Into the Backroom and print the detailed info for the transaction and come back here to complete the credit.

ECHO Backroom

The Echo Backroom allows merchants to view the details of any on-line transactions. You will need your Echo Merchant ID and PIN. This area of the website is only for ECHO merchants.
